MTV VMA 2020: cómo, cuándo y dónde puedes seguirlos

Los MTV VMA 2020 se llevarán a cabo este domingo 30 de agosto.

Este domingo 30 de agosto se llevarán a cabo en distintas locaciones de Nueva York los MTV Video Music Awards 2020.

En México la transmisión comenzará a las 7 de la noche y se podrá sintonizar a través del canal de televisión de MTV, así como en su página web.

MTV también anunció que Lady Gaga, The Weeknd y Miley Cyrus harán unas presentaciones en esta premiación que en un inicio se realizaría en el Barclays Center en Brooklyn, sin embargo por la pandemia de coronavirus ahora se llevará a cabo al aire libre en distintas locaciones de la ciudad.

Anteriormente habían anunciado la participación de artistas como Maluma, CNCO, Doja Cat y BTS. Además de que confirmaron que Keke Palmer sería la gran conductora del evento.

Lady Gaga y Ariana Grande lideran las nominaciones de este año a los MTV VMA 2020, con nueve candidaturas cada una, incluido el éxito que sacaron juntas “Rain On Me” que podría ganar el premio de video y canción del año.

Billie Eilish y The Weeknd cuentan con seis nominaciones y Taylor Swift con cinco menciones.

También introdujeron dos nuevas categorías temáticas de cuarentena: el mejor video musical desde casa y el mejor rendimiento de la cuarentena.
